Reality Check in Vientiane :)

Headed north tomorrow to bring our good causes to the kid's in Northern Laos! Choo Ai Nip Noi!

It is disappointing that when we met our good friend Little Chris yesterday for lunch, we ran into a foreigner living in Laos who seemed to think that we were here for something other than good causes, insinuating that Little Chris was leading us on an unregistered bike tour through Laos....... Of course this could not be further from reality. Just to be clear, our tour guide is our Android Smartphones with Google Maps at the helm! When you run into the odd rotten egg, it doesn't detract from the wonderful people of Lao or make us question why we are here doing what we are doing. :)

It seems that whilst we thought it was a good idea to have stickers created to put on our bikes advertising the good causes that we are doing in conjunction with Little Chris who created http://www.motorcycle-tours-laos.org/, this has got the attention of some foreigners living or working in Laos that run their own Motorcycle tours and perhaps see us as some sought of threat to their business or their "Share of the Pie" so to speak. If any of those are reading we welcome them to read about what we are doing and if they feel so inclined, to support us as we are here for Good Causes. :)

Not that there is a need to justify this nonsense, we are on our own motorcycles purchased in Thailand and legally exported to Laos where we are tourists following the signs and google maps to make our way to remote areas of Laos to experience the wonder of the Lao PDR and it's people, as well as doing some good things along the way.

Thank you to our friends along the way for keeping us smiling! And of course thank you to everyone that has donated or supported our cause, we hope you are enjoying he ride!

Our Indiegogo campaign has only 4 days left with an awesome $270 USD raised so fa.r :) The more money we raise, the more books and smiles we can bring to these wonderful people, helping them to invest into their future :) We have had so many new ideas on how to help schools along the way, look forward to sharing these ideas with you all soon to help take this to the next level.

Bless you all and remember, Ride Safe = Home Safe. :)
